Sorry for the rude langage. Transition had break on debian at least
python-imagemagick and needed a lot of fixes of old packages. It will be
also a pain on unbuntu side. Expect breakage.

  I am the debian maintenair of imagemagick. If you want to avoid big
  pain in our ass please sync with Imagemagick 8:6.6.0.4-3. Further
  version will have a so bump so problem of transition.
