@Paul: sorry, completely bypassed your question. All you need to to is
click (at the bottom of the bug display) "Add attachment or patch", and
add any other attachments there (one at a time).

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  I am trying to install Linux Mint 11 but installer crashed stating i
  report the bug with the 'syslog' attached and also 'partman' but i am
  unsure how to attach a second file
