Bug description:
  Binary package hint: initramfs-tools

  Every time I update my software, this package attempts to install and
  then fails.  Is there something I'm doing wrong?  This is on a system
  that was originally a clean install of 10.04, then upgraded to 10.10
  and 11.04 over time as those were released.
