I finally removed the partner/binary-amd64/Packages reference 
in sources.list as a way for complete the upgrade.
So I'm not having this problem anymore.

  upgrade to natty from maverick on x86_64

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  During upgrade i got the error below in the "setting new software
  channels" stage:

  W:Failed to fetch http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/natty-security/Release  Unable to find expected entry  partner/binary-amd64/Packages in Meta-index file (malformed Release file?)
  , W:Failed to fetch http://es.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/natty/main/binary-amd64/Packages.gz  Hash Sum mismatch
  , E:Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

  and the distribution upgrade process abort, I'm using Kubuntu maverick
  and upgrading to 11.04 with KpackageKit
