Title:
  ubuntu:pkgname shortcut does not work for "lp-open"

Status in Bazaar Version Control System:
  Confirmed
Status in “bzr” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: bzr

  A while ago, the "ubuntu:pkgname" syntax was added as an even shorter
  hand for lp:ubuntu/pkgname. This works fine for bzr get, but not for
  lp-open:

  $ bzr lp-open lp:ubuntu/pkgbinarymangler
  Opening https://code.launchpad.net/+branch/ubuntu/pkgbinarymangler in web browser
  $ bzr lp-open ubuntu:pkgbinarymangler
  bzr: ERROR: ubuntu:pkgbinarymangler is not registered on Launchpad.
