Bug description:
  The libdb4.7 package should be built with "--enable-posixmutexes
  --with-mutex=POSIX/pthreads" to minimize context switching,
  particularly when used with OpenLDAP.  Reference bug #520926 reported
  for the Debian (unstable) package (4.7.25-6) which also affects the
  Ubuntu Intrepid (4.7.25-3) and Jaunty (4.7.25-6) packages.
