During the upgrade from 11.04 to 11.10 my machine hung with the
following message in the terminal window:
Gtk-CRITICAL **: IA__gtk_assistant_set_page_header_image: assertion 'child != NULL' failed at /usr/share/perl5/Debconf/FrontEnd/Gnome.pm line 27, <> line 1428.

Gtk-CRITICAL **: IA__gtk_assistant_set_page_header_image: assertion 'child != NULL' failed at /usr/share/perl5/Debconf/FrontEnd/Gnome.pm line 27<GEN> line 7.
Now i am kind of between 11.04 and 11.10. I can run 11.04, but cannot do updates.
My machine is:

INTEL CORE I& 860 2.8G R Processor

8 Gb Memory
2ea SATA2 1.5 Gb HD
2ea SH-S223C Optical Drives
The machine is configured with windows 7 on one HD, and Ubuntu on the
other Hd.
