This error doesn't make a lot of sense because the file 'profiler.py'
comes from python3-profiler itself. So maybe there was a filesystem
corruption or a crash when python3-profiler has first been unpacked.
There's also no other duplicate, so that seems specific to your system.

You can try  to recover from this error with the following command run from a terminal:
$ sudo apt-get install --reinstall python3-profiler

Could you tell us if it helps ?
