  - upgrade hangs on wubi installations.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: grub2

  Hey, the Update manager was telling me that I should allow grub2 and I was telling it yes and it wasn't reacting and after a fairly long time I lost patience and rebooted. 
  When i tried it on the other computer I told it it not to do the grub2 thing after having the same problem and the update proccess completed normally.
