[Bug 800426] Re: Installer crashed on Lenovo X220

Two additional pieces of information
#1 - When this happened, the machine starting making a high pitch squealing noise and the hard drive was no longer detected by the installer.

#2 - I shut the machine down and immediately went to try the install
again.  The second time around it did not crash and completed the full
install cycle.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: ubiquity

  The installer pop'd up a window stating that it had crashed.  I'm
  trying to install 11.04 Natty x64 on a new Leovo X220.
