Title:
boot splash screen and CLI not centered on Semp Toshiba notebook
IS1462
Status in “plymouth” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Hi
I'm using Kubuntu 10.04RC. I have a problem with the new boot splash logo on my laptop. When my laptop starts the image is too large and not centered. In the Recovery mode the dialog box is not centered too. When I login in console mode the screen is not centered and it is not easy to see what I'm doing.
It happen with live cd and with upgrade from 9.10.
I'm going to put my lshw and dmesg command and the image of the boot splash. If you need more information, please tell me what and how to get it.
