[Bug 791184] Re: Sudo translatable through Launchpad

I seem to remember that sudo was translatable at some point, but after a
security issue caused by how translations were loaded made the project
maintainers to disable translations altogether.

Since then, I haven't heard that the sudo developers have had the chance
to look into this and reenable native language support in the project,
but then again, I haven't been following the project closely.

I'm marking this as incomplete for now, rather than invalid, in the hope
that someone interested can find out about the current status of native
language support in sudo upstream
