now the problem is not comming.so i am going to close it by my self.it
was comming along time ago about 2 months ago but  now ubuntu software
center works well.

  when i download some thing and authenticate password passes it gives
  and error.and than report problem  window  apper i go for it said
  update ur pakages i updated and restart my system but it still
  comming,have a look on screen short i have attached
