  Installer crashed Ubuntu 11.04 x64

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  The installer crashed while installing from USB.
  Trying to install Ubuntu 11.04 x64.
  USB should be ok, having already used for another installation.
  Attach /var/log/syslog and /var/log/partman (merged in one file as I can attach only one file)
