[Bug 802165] [NEW] Installer Crashed in Ubuntu 11.04 DVD in VMware Player

Public bug reported:

I was installing Ubuntu 11.04 using VMware player all was right but
during installation the installer crashed and giving me the error as
given in the attached document. I am attaching crash and vmware player
version screenshots with syslog and partman files.
