I've added the payment service project as a target, as software center
agent just delegates to it.

I had a brief look at the payment code, and it seems that certain card-
types didn't work with the Bibit test service that we use (DISCOVER was
one of them), and were special-cased in specific scenarios
(bibit/payment/offline_client), but Ricardo and his team will be able to
tell us more.

  1. I'm using Ubuntu 11.04 64 bit
  2. I'm using Ubuntu Software Center 4.0.3
  3. I expected my credit card to go through without any problems.
  4.  I instead received the following error:  

  Your payment was unsuccessful
  Your payment could not be processed. Please verify the submitted information.

  Reason: Payment Method DISCOVER-SSL is unknown; The Payment Method is
  not available.
