Hi again Jarlath, thank you for a response and for adding the log file,
and sorry again for the problem that you are having getting your game.
As you know, this particular game is a huge download and it seems that
network problems are hanging up your download.

I am contacting support folks and we will try to find the best way to
get you your game. Meanwhile, if you have the patience it might be worth
kicking off a download late in the evening or another time when internet
traffic in your area is lowest.

  I've tried a few times for a successful download but it always fails.
  It had been downloading about 500mb of the ~650mb, but now it fails
  instantly on 0MB
