[Bug 803040] [NEW] Cannot Update or install packages in ubuntu 11.04

I am using ubuntu 11.04 and I am unable to install packages from the
universe multiverse main extras. I have enabled these repositories but
while reloading package information it is telling a Hashsum mismatch. I
tried changing the download server, using command line apt-get update
apt-getclean etc but it didnt solve the issue
