Title:
  (initramfs)  stdin:I/O error gives error mounting /dev/loop0 cdrom
  casper filesystem.squashfs and stops the install

Bug description:
  here is the exact error message
  (initramfs) stdin" i/O error
  mount: mounting /dev/loop0 on //filesystem.squashfs failed: no such device
  Can not mount /dev/loop0 (/cdrom/casper/filesystem.squashfs on //filesystem.squashfs
   I have the ISO booting from the CDROM at this point
