[Bug 700743] [NEW] Causes Zygrib update to fail

Apologies if I've got this wrong, but the error appears when software update runs and seems to be associated with an update for Zygrib grib viewer.
A popup appears, stating that an internal system error has occurred and asking that it be reported via my distro bugtracker so I'm doing my best!
