It seems that casper isn't copying over the apt cache info from the live
cd.

** This bug has been marked a duplicate of bug 650621
No notification about restricted codec availability on live cd

** Package changed: qapt (Ubuntu) => casper (Ubuntu)

Title:
  Error: firefox-kde-support not found

Status in “casper” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: kubuntu-firefox-installer

I did a fresh install of Kubuntu 11.04 beta 2 without internet
conection during the installation. After the installation the pc was
restarted and I connected to the internet. The first thing I did was
to launch kubuntu-firefox-installer but it would not install firefox
because it could not find the firefox-kde-support.

I solved the problem by "sudo apt-get update" afterwards there was no
problem and I succefuly installed firefox with kubuntu-firefox-
  installer.
