Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: kbd
In kbd version 1.15.2, the script debian/kbd.initramfs-hooks installed
to /usr/share/initramfs-tools/hooks/kbd contains:
PREREQ="kernelextras"
But kernelextra hook was removed from initramfs-tools in version 0.94
(current version is 0.98). I suppose PREREQ should be either empty or
contain framebuffer. It is only my guess.
