Title:
  update-manager missing build dependency

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

I could not build update-manager after sudo apt-get build-dep update-
manager, there was a missing symlink target for a symlink in the
DistUpgrade directory, apt_clone.py. After installing the apt-clone
package manually, I could build update-manager, so I guess, apt-clone
should be added to the build-dependencies of the update-manager
  package.
