Bug description:
  (I apologize my english traduction, it was in spanish and it's my first time hear)
  Trying to update ubuntu to 11.04 this messages appears: 

  After upgrading packages information, already not appears  essential
  package "ubuntu-minimal". This indicates a serious error, please
  report this bug about package "update-manager" and put in the report
  the files located in /var/log/dist-upgrade/
