Title:
  Indicate outdated packages

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

  System information:
  Ubuntu 10.10
  Software Center 3.0.7

When packages are already installed but outdated - even after the cache has been updated - the Software Center does not indicate which packages have updates available.
While this problem is not critical in importance, it would be a nice feature and could help users fix problems they're having due to outdated software.
