I looked at the logs you attached, and I notice they don't show the
corrupt data error, like they do for MBOFH. Also, as you mention, your
installation media has been verified and should not be giving off those
errors. So apparently, your installation problems are caused by
something different.
That being the case, I'd appreciate if you could file a separate bug
report, so both issues can be looked at on their own, thus avoiding
confusion.
