  Gstreamer plugins fail to install

Status in “gnome-codec-install” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  What happened: I got prompted by Chromium to search for suitable
  plugins when I was on a website. I clicked 'yes'. Gstreamer ugly came
  up. I clicked install and confirmed I wanted to install restricted
  drivers. Then I got the menu about the package dependencies not being
  able to be resolved.
