Unfortunately, Zorin OS is not Ubuntu - it is rather a "derivative"
distribution (a distribution originated from Ubuntu but with added
and/or changed programs and characteristics). As such, we can not
officially provide support for that.
You may want to try the "regular" Ubuntu distribution (download it from
<http://www.ubuntu.com/download>), or try asking for help on the Zorin
forums
(<http://www.zoringroup.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=3&sid=a022f69311a014a8e105ef0a393592fa>)
or IRC channel
(<http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=ZorinOS&uio=OT10cnVlJjExPTIxNQ6c>).
If possible, could you try to install the official Ubuntu distribution
and see if the problem happens again? That would be very helpful for us
to determine the exact cause of the error.
Thanks!
