erm, shouldnt we better make sure the packages show up on security.u.c
instead of disabling security updates altogether ?

  New

Bug description:
  Systems that live on ports.ubuntu.com (armel for example) do not have
  package updates on security.ubuntu.com.  This should not be enabled
  for these systems during netinstall.

  Version tested:  20101020ubuntu75 (omap4)
