SpamapS and Scott Moser made the system to wait a few minutes at the
login at the expense of Desktop users, for the benefit of Server users.
I propose that we separate Ubuntu Server from Ubuntu Desktop completely.
I have received a lot negative feedback about the change in 11.10. A
