Title:
  ubuntu installer crashed

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I got an "installer crashed" message while upgrading my system. My
previous installation was ubuntu studio which I had modified to use
the Lubuntu desktop. My intent is to revert to ubuntu desktop. I
tried this using the command line upgrade command, which crashed, and
this is the result of trying the upgrade from a ubuntu dvd.
