Public bug reported:

In the installer, if the user chooses Simplified Chinese as their
language, the steps that allow the user to connect to a wireless network
and take their photo are not translated into Chinese. This may be
confusing for those users that don't understand English. This also
happens in the oem-config portions of the installer if the user was
powering up the machine for the first time.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Install Ubuntu 11.10. Ensure Simplified Chinese is used as the default language.

Actual Results:
The wireless and picture-taking steps are not fully translated into Chinese (see attached photos).

Expected Results:
These should be translated to Chinese.
