Bug description:
  was browsing the source for rsyslog packaging, and noticed line 9 of
  /debian/rsyslog.postrm tests for "dissappear" instead of "disappear"

  found in commit 1ed8a4d8501c8085623ae66afd3a2f58c916d76e
