  sudo apt-get -f install is not working

Status in “apt” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  I think this is an Apt problem, but after upgrading, I got an error saying try sudo apt-get -f install. And its not working, it is giving me:

  I don't know what to do, as its not letting me install anything. Or update.
