Title:
  stddef.h still missing

Status in “gcc-4.5” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  stddef.h is missing for libc6 and libc6-dev. C code won't compile.
  I'm using Ubuntu 11.04, gcc 4.5.2

I've tried apt-get install libc6 and libc6-dev and build-essentials, but they are all up to date.
So far, no solution. Posts seem to indicate that Ubuntu 8 can be made to work.

Is there a work around for this?
