[Bug 634937] Re: update-manager window cannot be resized smaller after returning from maximized

I'm having this problem running the latest 64-bit version of 11.10. When
the window is not maximized, it is impossible to resize it.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  Step to repro:
  1. Open update-manager (System>Administrator>Update Manager).
  2. Check to the list which has updates.
  3. Click "Install Updates"
  4. Click "Details" on the "Applying changes" window.
  5. Click the maximize button on the upper left corner.
  6. Click the maximize button to return to normal window.

  then, this window cannot be resized smaller.
