Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  May be related to lp517289 in which two Python packages attempt to
  install the same filename and thus one fails to install?  Happened
  while trying to update Lucid Lynx Ubuntu 10.04 (development alpha
  state).  The hardest part about reporting this is that something is
  wrong with KMS so my whole screen is munged and the text is hard to
  read--but that is another bug.
