Error reported while updating linux kernel update received today ( I
think 2.6.32-34-generic 2.6.32-34.77 2.6.32-34.77)

I previously changed kernel 2.6.32.33 as described here (http://techinterplay.com/fix-toshiba-battery-issue-linux.html) because linux does not recognizes battery, brightness. Version of kernel after changes: version 2.6.32.41+drm33.18
