  Could not calculate the upgrade (To Kubuntu 11.04)

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I cannot upgrade to Kubuntu 11.04. I get the error message: "Could not
  calculate the upgrade". "E:Unable to correct problems, you have held
  broken packages."

  After a reboot I tried again but with same result.

  lsb_release -rd :
  Description:    Ubuntu 10.10
  Release:        10.10
