Bug description:
  Won't boot until it can find network configuration, if it doesn't , it
  will say booting system without full network configuration but
  actually doesn't boot at all. When I press a few key it comes up with
  a terminal shell showing it stopping everything and Failsafe Boot
  Delay always fails to stop. Ubuntu 11.10 oneiric BETA 2
