I don't see anything useful in the usbcreator log file attached to this
report so it would be helpful if you could recreate the situation and
include the contents of the assertion error.  Thanks in advance.

  usb-creator-gtk crashed when I selected a iso file

Status in “usb-creator” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  the image I selected was ubuntu-10.04.3-amd64-desktop. I checked the md5sum and shows the image is ok.
  after the crash, app-port asked me to report the bug. But after it collected the infomation, it failed saying:

  The problem cannot be reported:

  The program crashed on an assertion failure, but the message could not
  be retrieved. Apport does not support reporting these crashes.
