11.10 beta2 as of Sept. 1st 2011 still have same problem with Ubiquity. Install cancels at cannot unmount sda10.
Can go into chroot and update and upgrade, install grub to mbr and at reboot install is complete.
#So with partition table of
Install in control of grub 1st then as per below are bootable systems.
sda1
sda10
sda11
sda12
sda13
sda14
sda15
sda4
sda5
sda6
sda9
Will not finish install with Ubiquity but will install with alternate of finish update; upgrade in chroot.

Bug description:
After choice of using settings from other installs fails to unmount sda10 that is not mounted and fails to continue with install with a failure notice. sda10 just being another linux install.
