Public bug reported:

It is not possible to select Croatia (Europe) in kubuntu installer
(Where you are? screen) - entry does not exists in drop down list, it is
not possible to find it by clicking on map.

It works in Ubuntu installer, 'Croatia' entry is there, and is relative
easy (it's small country) to click on it on map.

Croatia timezone is Europe/Zagreb.

Screen is http://www.debianadmin.com/wp-
content/gallery/kubuntu10-10beta/6.png (this is an old screenshot, this
bug is for kubuntu 11.10 beta2).

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
