[Bug 871702] [NEW] Chicken and egg around the prepare and wireless pages.

Public bug reported:

The "Prepare to install Ubuntu xx.xx" page needs an Internet connection
to act on the packages part of the "install 3rd-party extras" checkbox
and to act on the "download updates" checkbox. The wireless page may
need the jockey installation of the Broadcom driver as part of checking
the "install 3rd-party extras" box.

Right now, the prepare page checkboxes are greyed out if an Internet
connection is not available, and the wireless page comes after the
prepare page. You can connect to the wireless by using nm-applet, but
that's not as obvious as an entire page dedicated to it.

Is there a way to solve this by reordering or restructuring these pages?
