Title:
aptitude won't forget a list of 'new packages'
Status in “aptitude” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
When I launch aptitude in terminal, it always shows a large number of
new packages:
--- New Packages (19858)
After pressing 'f' it clears that list, but on next start or next
update of package lists with 'u' it still shows that same amount of
new packages.
