Title:
Unable to get past the 'failed to install boot loader'

Status in “grub-installer” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
When installing Ubunto (Ubuntu 11.04 - GNOME/Unity) It fails to
install the boot-loader grub. I get a window with 3 choices :either
choose another partition, continue without grub, or cancel
installation. But whatever I choose, the OK-button remains greyed out,
so I can't click it, so it stuck at that point, only a hard reboot
helps. I tried to install it on a HP proliant ML-350 server, with a
  raid controller Adaptec SCSI 39160.
