Bug description:
  Binary package hint: edubuntu-live

  Although LTSP is made in a way that it doesn't need langpacks to be
  translated, Edubuntu doesn't set the right ldm.conf parameter to have
  a translated LTSP.

  In Oneiric, the default lts.conf should be updated in ltsp-live to
  match the live session's language and during install to match the
  target system language (might be different from the live session's).
