Title:
Linux Mint 11, installer crashes after trying to install grub2
package.
Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
I`m trying to install Linux Mint 11 but every time it crashes when
it`s installing the grub2 package. I receive a message saying...
"We`re sorry, the installer crashed. Please file a new bug report and
attach the files /var/log/syslog and /var/log/partman"
Now, I don`t know what that is and have no clue on how to get it. I
read something about a problem similar to this one that you had to
switch the language to English so that it would install perfectly. I
tried that and it didn`t work.
I would really appreciate if someone solved this for me.
Thanks in advance.
