  while appearing

Status in “update-notifier” package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  When System Program problem detected comes up, nothing is shown on the
  Title bar.

  Either move the System Program problem detected in Title bar or put
  the name of the misbehaving application as the Title
