I tried to attach all the files in /var/log/dist-upgrade but the
mechanism didn't work.  How do I do the attachement?

Bug description:
  It was processing the upgrade to Ocelot and I got a window that said "'ubuntu-minimal' cannot be found anywhere.  Report using 'ubuntu-bug update-manager' in a terminal and include files from /var/log/dist-upgrade'".
  How do I attach these files to this report?
  Did you get them all, or only the last log file I selected?
